The email is drafted in a HTML format file and is relatively simple to edit. At the top of this file you'll find two variables
for opening and closing statements, great for monthly news, events and other specials. |
Administration
Administration can opt in and out of emails. The listing must have an email address before this check box appears |

Members Area
Members can opt in or out while viewing their listing, again a listing email address must be present before this dynamic button becomes visible. |
Testing Utility
For testing the look and feel of your email, email statistics has a utility that enables you to do this testing. Since all language and messages are in the main file, testing will be of crucial benefit, especially if you are to change the language. The send email and update table function are disabled while testing. |
