Form added to main menu
Easy to follow instructions allow you to add your form right to your existing PMD main menu. |
Form with categories and information
The form will list all of your single level categories for your users to check what ervices they will require. There is also a form to gather your users personal information to send to the vendors. The welcome message is customizable through your language file. |

Confirmation Message
After your user completes the form they will receive a confirmation message screen and also an e mail showing who the leads were sent to along with their website information. All vendors within a certain radius (in the selected category) will receive an e mail with the users information. |
Member control panel
The members control panel will show a link to view all of the leads sent to each vendor. |

|
Member Lead list
Members will be able to see a list of leads and view the individual leads. |
Leads added to site owner menu
The leads maintenance module will add a link to the site owners conrol panel. |

Admin Control Panel
The admin conrol panel will list all of the leads with the options to edit the leads, delete the lead totally, or archive it where it won't be seen. |
Edit Leads
each lead will be editable only by the site owner. Not that this feature will ever be needed, but maybe someone will find a need for it. |

Delete lead confirmation
Before deleting any leads there will be a confirmation message. Leads can only be deleted by the site owner. |
