Works on PMD: Version Fully compatible with PMD version 1.1.2

Safe Express install for PRO version 1.1.2

Description: Create your own advertising campaign

NOTE: You can not re sell this modification or use it as a base for other modifications and sell it.

Terms: You are free to modify this code for your own purposes. You may install this mod on one instance of phpmydirectory for which you hold a valid phpmydirectory license. Each additional license may be purchased at 50% of the existing cost.

Mod Package

The zip file you have received has two folders:

Edit: The modified code is a list of pmdmydirectory files that required changes as part of this installation

New: The New Code are new files that will have to be uploaded as part of the installation. The files should not overwrite any other unless you are doing a second install or upgrade

Before you start: Go to c:\1-0-0-mods\advertiser\new\template\default and rename \default to match your online template i.e \edge. this will ensure you get the new upload into your correct online template

New Files

 Safely upload all new files

Go to c:\1-0-0-mods\advertiser\new\

• cp
• files
• includes
• template
• advertiser_defaults.php
• advertiser_out.php
• advertiser_tables.php

Select All folders and files then upload them all to your directories root folder. If connected to your server via ftp and you can visibly see defaults.php and defaults_setup.php in the list, this should be your directory's root folder

Once uploaded change the permissions to /files/advertiser folder to either 766 or 777

Adding Database Tables

Tables need installing before you can complete the installation of this mod.

To install the tables point browser to www dot your-domain dot com/advertiser_tables.php, it is recomended you make a backup of the database before you continue

Tip:Go to your home page then copy paste adding the bold text above onto your browser url press enter

You should recieve a blank page with a success message, delete this file when done

Edited Files

Files to edit are

Code for these can be found in c\1-0-0-mods\advertiser\edit\ folder. You have the choice whether to upload these files or search then copy code over to your existing files, this will be based on weather your files are modified or not and if the version is 1.1.2. If search/copy, search salecity or if your editor shows line numbers use the where column above as a guide
